Description

ColorMAP is a system for real-time processing of 8 elemental mapping images and one analogue image.

ColorMAP gives you the possibility to capture and to mix up to 8 elemental mapping images and one analogue image. Therefor WinDISS or DISS 5 hardware is necessary.

Furthermore you can mix saved images, which you have captured with WinDISS or DISS 5. Each of the 8 elemental mapping images can be assigned a user-defined color. A SEM/BSE image can be admixed as binary image.

Hardware

As hardware WinDISS or DISS 5 and an EDX system with TTL levels for the elemental mapping images are necessary. We recommend DISS 5 and IDFix as EDX system.
