Scan and Imaging Controls
Our sytem design enables advanced scanning and image acquisition with the most powerful and versatile Digital Image Scanning System and could include.
- SEM Scan Controller (DISS6) with 4 super-fast channels and MICS signal amplifier with 4-16 channels
- Scan for magnetic deflectors
- Scan for electrostatic octupoles
Current and Voltage Sources and Controls
Advanced current and voltage controls enhance the microscope's precision, for example with:
