About NanoScale:

The seminar brings together researchers from industry, universities and metrology institutes from all over the world to present experimental results and developments and to discuss problems related to the characterisation of micro- and nanostructures. The two-day event took place for the first time in 1995 and is organised by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB).
