The event marked a milestone for point electronic GmbH as we hosted its our first-ever in-person meeting with our esteemed Board of Advisors. The event was a testament to the our commitment to fostering collaboration and leveraging expert insights to drive innovation in electron microscopy.

Our advisors Prof. Dr. Marc-Georg Willinger, Dr. Dirk Berger and Prof. Dr. Lewys Jones, international scientists and experts in various fields of electron microscopy, shared with us invaluable advice and perspectives on our current developments and innovation ideas. Their input helps us to improve and drive our innovations forward.

The kick-off meeting is set to become a regular fixture in the company calendar and serves as a platform for sharing insights, experiences, latest scientific advances, market trends and industry challenges. The discussions focused on our developments in the areas of TEM scanning, in-situ microscopy, STEM and FIB, among others. We appreciated the intensive, lively discussions and their feedback on our developments and ideas.

We also had the great opportunity to show our advisors our beautiful city of Halle (Saale) and to take a look at the picturesque rooftops of the city from the Hausmann Towers.

"We at point electronic GmbH not only invest PCBs, solder and components in our developments - but also a lot of passion and personal commitment. It is therefore always challenging to present your own achievements to a critical audience. But that's what an advisory board is there for... to question things, help with course corrections and sometimes criticize,” says Christoph Sichting, Managing Director of point electronic GmbH. "Fortunately, thanks to our outstanding team, there was just little reason for criticism... we had a lively and very committed exchange in which many new approaches and ideas were raised and discussed. Thank you Lewys Jones, Marc-Georg Willinger and Dirk Berger very much."

It was an inspiring and insightful meeting for all of us! We look forward to our next exchange.
