By acquiring the brand m2c calibration with all its products, point electronic GmbH is expanding its product portfolio in the field of geometric calibration, topography and 3D techniques.

With effect from 1 November 2017, point electronic GmbH has acquired the complete product range and commercial activity of m2c calibration Matthias Hemmleb & Martin Ritter GbR from Potsdam, Germany. The m2c calibration brand and products will be continued under the point electronic GmbH ownership.

m2c calibration provides calibration samples and software for the micro- and nano-scale, as well as custom software for geometrical measurements, automation and image processing.

point electronic GmbH is a leading manufacturer of high-performance imaging systems, control electronics and analytical equipment for electron microscopes.

By acquiring m2c calibration, point electronic GmbH brings a deeper integration of expert geomectrical calibration and automation into high performance imaging and control electronics. This greatly strengthens the 3D and topography products for Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), as well as expands the area of applications into metrology and surface science.
