In-situ infrared (IR) CMOS cameras with integrated illumination are available to monitor samples, stage and detector motion and positioning. In-situ mount gives optimum view-angle to prevent collision, confirm working distance, or avoid shadowing between multiple detectors.
USB2.0 camera interface is most flexible for PC control and image acquisition. The 5 Megapixels CMOS sensor may be binned to adjust speed up to 60 fps, and can be equipped with 10 mm or 30 mm interchangeable lens. Images may be saved in various standard file formats.
