- High-speed repositioning to coordinates, screen point or saved locations, including backslash correction
- Automatic sample reorientation with rotation and displacement corrections
- Integrated touch alarm and safe zone limits, including hardware retraction on touch
In combination with imaging systems, the stage controller enables large area techniques
- Record automatic data for image stitching over large areas.
- Acquire sparse sampled image data for statistic analysis.
- Return to acquisition position for further inspection.
