3D calibration structures - expert know-how thanks to m2c calibration
With m2c calibration Matthias Hemmleb & Martin Ritter GbR, which became part of point electronic GmbH in 2017, the company grew to include a specialist for calibration structures and software in the micro and nano range. The know-how and product range enables point electronic GmbH to integrate highly functional imaging systems and control electronics with professional geometric calibration and automation, as well as the development of topography and 3D techniques in the SEM.
Microscopy competence for over 30 years
point electronic GmbH was founded in 1992 as a university spin-off, led by a group of physicists. Until today, we look back on over 3,000 installations on electron microscopes from all major manufacturers. Worldwide distribution and service is provided through a network of more than 30 partners. The company is based in the Weinberg Campus Technology Park in Halle (Saale), Germany.
