• You will be responsible for the strategic and technical management of the product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle.

In this role, you will develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps.
You analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competing products.
You translate market and customer requirements into technical product specifications.
In doing so, you work closely on a daily basis with the hardware and software development, applications, sales, service, and production teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing pilot customers, OEM partners, and strategically important projects.
You will conduct internal and external product training sessions and present products at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and to customers.
When the sales team receives technically complex customer inquiries or prepares proposals, you will support your colleagues with your expertise.

You have a degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical or scientific field.
You have already gained some practical experience in the field of electron microscopy—SEM, TEM, FIB.
You have a very good technical understanding of complex hardware and software problems and their solutions.
In the past, you have gained initial experience in product management, product development, or application engineering.
You have the ability to translate customer and market requirements into technical specifications.
An understanding of development processes, product life cycles, and technical documentation comes naturally to you.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
