point electronic GmbH is participating in the 4th meeting of the DGE Working Group on Scanning Electron Microscopy (AK WS-SEM), with impulses on Advanced Scanning.
The working group focuses on the further development of SEM techniques and methods and is supported by the German Society for Electron Microscopy (DGE).
